On Thursday October 13th, the chapter will be holding its Annual Chapter Membership meeting as well as its 4th Quarter Board Meeting at the Hardesty Regional Library. Hardesty is located at 93rd and S. Memorial just north of the Creek Turnpike & 169. Hardesty's address is 8316 E. 93rd Street, Tulsa Ok. 74133. The Chapter Membership Meeting will start at 6:30 PM and the 4th Quarter Board Meeting will start at 7 PM. At the chapter membership meeting, officers and board members for the 2012 service year will be elected. We will also be taking volunteers for committee chairs and committee members. All active members (those who have paid their 2001-12 dues) are eligible to vote at the Annual Chapter Meeting, nominate others, or self nominate for chapter positions. Officer positions in the chapter include president, vice president/president elect, treasurer, and secretary. There are eight executive board positions and with the officers comprise the LSU NE OK Board. In addition to these positions that are elected or confirmed at the Annual Chapter Membership Meeting we have Committee Chair and committee member positions that one can volunteer for. Particular areas of need for the chapter include our Alumni Fund, Web & Internet, Events and Sponsorship and Crawfish Boil.
